Water Tank Erection
Water tank erection involves assembling the tank’s components on-site according to detailed drawings. This process typically begins with the foundation, followed by the base, and then the shell is built up by welding courses (sections of the tank wall). The roof and other components are then installed, and finally, the tank is tested and inspected
The foundation is prepared to support the weight of the completed tank, ensuring it is level and strong enough to withstand the pressure of the water. Tank’s shell, which forms the vertical sides, is assembled by joining individual plates together, starting from the bottom and working upwards.
